Historical data of recharge and draw down causes some to say there is an ocean of water in the "Edwards Trinity Aquifer". More irrigation wells can be drilled according to the (MPGCD) by making application. There are no restrictions on the amount of water that one can use in farming that it cannot affect the neighbors use of water.

According to MPGCD, the wells are 320 to 340 feet deep. The buyers are encouraged perform due diligence in accessing the water wells capabilities.
